This fuse is deliberately designed to be un-replaceable. In theory it could be possible to replace it but it would be tricky. You would have to get an exact replacement from some electronics retailer. There's no way you will be able to buy this as a spare part for any washing machine spare parts source. The difficulty would be in locating one exactly the same, as it looks like a special possibly anti-surge type of fuse which is why it has that coil part in it. Then of course you'd have to adequately solder it back in place.
After all that you would have to hope that it didn't blow again as soon as the appliance was used, and there's a chance that is what would happen. These fuses don't blow for nothing. Something caused it. With it being black inside it looks like it blew with quite a force. It could be something to do with the motor or some big power surge it couldn't cope with. You may be able to locate the entire PCB (try 4Washerhelp spare parts) but without knowing what caused it to blow and testing the machine with a proper insulation test meter it could prove to be an expensive gamble.
