This article explains basic fault finding and the limitations for diy fault finding on fusing or tripping washing machines

If it only trips on the fast spins but not on 800 spin I'd suspect either the motor (is it sparking excessively just before it trips?) or something shorting out when the drum bounces about on faster spins or even a leak getting worse on faster spins and shorting something. The first thing that needs checking is the insulation but as my article points out you can't do that without a proper insulation test meter. After that it's about carefully examining the machine and observing it.
