Creasing clothes isn't something I've ever known be associated with particular makes of washing machine or even particular models. What spin speed is it, what fabrics are being creased?

800 RPM shouldn't be fast enough to badly crease clothes unless they are particularly delicate. They aren't coming out warm are they? A common cause of badly creased clothes is heat, where the creases get ironed in. In the old days I'd suspect the hot and cold fill hoses were connected the wrong way round, this was surprisingly common and results in the clothes being rinsed in hot water. These days though most washing machines are cold fill only so unless it was connected up to a hot supply by mistake it shouldn't happen. (I often used to find the blue hose was connected to the hot supply and the red hose connected to the cold supply, or sometimes the hoses where connected up "right", but the blue identifier lever was fitted to the hot tap and the red identifier to the cold tap. This means you can't rely on assuming the blue hose is a cold supply and a hot one is a hot supply).

The only other causes of creasing are leaving easily creased garments in the drum for a while after spinning is finished which causes creases (that's why delicates washes usually suspend the laundry in water before the final spin until you are ready to deal with them - crease guard) and overloading.

I have tried it today on an 800RPM speed on a 40 degree wash/mixed load, it is very badly creased compared to my last AEG washer
