Dirty marks on washing
Please can anyone help I have a Hotpoint wmd 962 washing machine the problem that I am having is that when the washer has finished its cycle, when I take the washing out it looks like someone has walked over it with a pair of dirty boots and i dont know why.
I clean the door seals regularly and put in a cleaner to wash the inside of the machine yet this still happens its so frustrating anyone any ideas what is causing this to happen.

Hello. There are many possible causes of washing not getting clean. Most of them are things related to how the machine is used. It's much less common for it to be caused by an actual fault on the washing machine but certainly possible.
