Hello everyone. I hope that maybe you will be able to help me out. So I read the Troubleshooting common washing machine faults but I can't seem to find a seem to find a solution directly but I think I may know what the issue is. I think it is by the part the dispenses the water to where the detergent is, and at that part, there are three wheels, orange, yellow and white. The orange one is the one which seems to be stuck. We oiled it but nothing and we cannot take out of the socket but the white and the yellow one we can. Attached you can find a picture. The model number is AEG OKO_Lavamat 86820 update. Thanks in advance.

Hello. I presume you have located the clicking sound to these gears? And seen or felt that the gears are trying to move when it is clicking? If one of the gears has seized up or too stiff it would need stripping down to get to the bottom of it. He would have to try and work out how to take it all off and strip it down to get to it, that is if it is built in a way that allows that. These cogs are likely to redirect water flow to different departments during the wash and rinse cycle.
