So my washer was on other night heard a big bang flooded kitchen took back off to investigate looks like the spring that holds the drum up has ripped through plastic support is this fixable

If it's part of the main outer drum fixing that the spring attaches to you'd need a complete new drum at great cost. Plus there's the concern of exactly how that has happened. Did the drum bounce and thump around violently? You can search for spare parts here appliance spare parts
