E23 error code on Bosch washing machine
Hi - Got an E23 error code com e up yesterday on my integrated BOSCH washing machine. According to the handbook, this could be due to a leak, but I can confirm no leak found. However, I can see that a sock has got caught in between the drum and the door opening, meaning the door won't open. Any ideas how to get the door open?

Hello Chris. I have an article specifically for when door won't open although it's unusual for such a problem to be caused by a sock between the drum and door opening. The only thing I can think of to explain it is the sock is causing the door to be forced forward making everything very stiff. The first thing I would try is putting force on the door pushing it back in and seeing if this allows the door mechanism to operate.
