Extra brackets to prevent vibration

Hi, I was given 2 little brackets by an engineer to help stop the vibration on the spin cycle but i dont know where they should be fitted any ideas?

I’m not sure how, unless the chassis around where the suspension bolts on is cracked?

Thanks Andy, now you have said that i do remember the engineer saying something about suspension and fitting the brackets wouls stop any excessive vibration, does that sound about right? its on a hotpoint wmxtf942 extra

Thanks Gaz. They look very similar to what used to be fitted underneath some suspension legs but not sure what these are for.
