Hello everyone! I have a logik L814WMB17 washing machine that is about 2 and a half years old. My wife informed me early afternoon yesterday she heard a rattling from it so I investigated and believed something to be in between the drum, took off the sump hose underneath and attempted to taunt it out however I could never even catch a glimpse of what it was. It then hit me that as everytime I move the drum it rattles and is louder when one particular paddle comes round. If it was in between the drum then it would sit on the bottom and not move everytime the drum is moved. I don’t seem to be able to work out how the paddles remove on this machine and can find absolutely nothing online. I would really really appreciate anyone that knows about these machines and could give me some info as to how in holy heaven I remove these damn paddles. Thanks in advance and all the best. Dan

Hello Dan. Not all drum paddles can be removed, some are fixed in. And then some drum paddles can only be removed by taking out the drum.

Fortunately it's more common for the drum paddles to be removable. But there isn't a single method that works as they can vary in how they fit. Some of them may just push backwards or forwards and come out, some of them may need a small screwdriver pushed down 1 of the holes in the top 2 release clip and then the drum paddle can slide up or down lift off.
