Dust etc on clothes

I have a Miele washing machine, a W Classic. For over a year many of our clothes are coming out of the machine will dust, fibres and hairs on them. Miele won't help. I've tried hand washing but then it has to go in the machine to be spun...result was more dust etc. We've tried various types of cleaning the machine but nothing helps. Can you offer any advice please? Thanks.

Hello Linda. That seems like a very strange fault. It's not a Washerdryer is it?
