I have Zanussi aqua fall washing machine ZWHB7160P
when I turn the dial on the to a wash program the machine starts to fill up with water
After 20 secs
The machine will start beeping a display clock shows 1 minute
This happens on wash cycles
Except for spin and drain which will go through the full cycle
There is a slight humming noise which seems to comes from back of dial were circuit board is.
i got it to work once but revert back to cycle changing to 1 minute

Hi there. It can be tricky to troubleshoot a fault like that, but I know that one possible cause of washing machine sticking on one minute can be the heating element open circuit. Though how this happens is beyond me because it doesn't make any sense at all. I'm sure it's not something that is supposed to happen. What is supposed to happen is the washing machine detects any errors and displays a proper error code.
