When does it do it? Is it as soon as you select a cycle or partway through?
Unfortunately my Samsung error codes are old and neither of those are listed.

hiya - has your machine got auto dose detergent dispenser - because on my ecobubble error 6C is some fault to do with detergent drawer motor:

Soon as I power it up in test/cal mode, holding 2 buttons and powering it on.
