Hello, I’m new to the forums. My other half has got a sock trapped in the door and so we have a big flood. After taking the machine out, cleaning, drying and putting the machine back I’ve spotted a part on the floor that has come loose from my Hisense machine. It’s labelled JF 1 and is as pictured below.

Does anyone know what it is and where it needs to go back? I’ve searched the part number online with no luck. Thanks in advance.

Hello Peter. That looks like it could be part of the transit packaging. Have a look in the instruction manual to see if it shows you how to remove the transit packaging. It may show a picture of it. Plastic things like that are often used as spacers between the back of the outer drum and the back of the cabinet. A large screw or bolt then pushes through the back of the cabinet, through the spacers, and then screws into the outer drum to hold it solid while being transported. There are normally 3 of them.
