Machine just clicks when I try to run a cycle

Hi all. My Beko WER860541W is playing up. When I set the cycle and press the START button, it just clicks 5 times (sounds like the door trying to lock), then nothing. Could it be a door lock issue? I looked for suggestions on the web and some said it could be the carbon brushes. I'll upload a video so that you can see what I mean. Many thanks in advance.

We've had a lot of people with these symptoms that replaced the door lock and it made no difference. I'd definitely check the brushes first.
