Hi,

I would welcome any comments on this problem I have with a Tricity Bendix Washing machine. The programme dial won't hold, very loose and can be turned easily and doesnt click to any programme.

No lights will come on. I have powered off and on at the mains and no change, used a different socket etc. This worked fine yesterday and the cycle finished as usual but won't work today.

Any help appreciated.

Regards

D.

If it's a mechanical timer, and normally has resistance when turned and makes clicking sounds the mechanics inside could be broken but it may well just be the control knob that's broken. Nothing to suggest really other than to either get someone in to look at it or try to strip it down to look.
