Washing Machine Making Clothes Fuzzy

Hi there i purchased a Bosch washing machine (6kg) in March and up until recently its been a great machine, but lately my clothes are coming out of the washer looking fuzzy as if they've been worn dozens of times and as if someone has rubbed them with wire wool, and this has happened to brand new clothes, i've checked the machine to see if theres any rough parts but i've found nothing, what puzzles me is i turn the clothes inside out but they are still coming out the same, if there were any rough parts on the machine wouldn't the inside come out worse? I've tried different wash settings and different spin settings but nothing seems to be working, and i never overload the drum.

I haven't changed detergent or softener, is it possible that the detergent could be causing this as with many brands they are always bringing out 'new and improved' products so you never no whats been added, I use Daz powder and Lenor softener.

I haven't called Bosch as yet because i've read a few stories where the manufacturers deny its a problem with the machine, but i can't afford to keep replacing the damaged clothes, i just don't know what to do

It looks like it could be what's known as bobbling or pilling

I read that earlier today, the thing is it didn't start doing it until recently, and my sons jumper was put in alone just to make sure there was no friction from other clothes, something else i've just noticed is that the glass door is really hot to touch on a 40 wash, i'm going to call Bosch to send out an engineer, i just hope they send someone out and don't fob me off.

here is a picture of my sons brand new school jumper and my daughters brand new trousers, both were washed inside out on a low spin, this is the first time being washed after purchase
