Machine Taking Much Too Long For Cycle
Hi guys
i have a hotpoint WMUD962P washing machine
i put a cycle that should take 3 hours. but recently 3 hour cycle goes on for 6-7 hours and i have to stop the cycle and just to a rinse as god knows when it will stop
Any ideas why this could be happening?
thanks in advance

It could be various things including a heater, sensor, connection or even PCB fault, not something you can do much with other than call in an engineer apart from checking there is an adequate cold water supply and it it isn't siphoning down the drain and constantly filling and emptying. The majority of possible faults should trigger an error code so the fact that it isn't, complicates things.
