If the washer was working OK before 4 things commonly cause a problem -

1: Some obstruction inside the drum is dislodged and gets stuck in the pump or filter (Won't empty water)

2: Something gets damaged in transit if the washer's tub wasn't help in place whilst transporting like a wire or connector broken off

3: The blanking cap on the new drain hose connection fitting needs removing (more details - Washing machine won’t drain after being moved)

4: The water tap at the new place is faulty and isn't actually letting water into the machine or a fill hose has become kinked (No water going into washing machine)

Yes it is likely to be an error code but I don't think this model is sold in the UK. I don't have any technical information for it. If the error comes up straight away and there's nothing wrong with the water supply (and presumably the drain system is OK if you tried another machine as you must have had to empty it?) then apart from double checking motor plug connections there's nothing else to advise to check, sorry.

probably a silly question but you have tried the absolute obvious first, in that the water supply to the machine is turned on?

most common fault I've found with moving machines is a stuck pressure switch. When you tilt the machine to wheel it out, you often get lots of grime accumulate around the pressure switch outlet from the drum. Find the thin rubber/plastic hose that runs from the bottom of the drum up to the front panel somewhere. Remove the pipe from the switch behind the front panel ( a round device) and blow into the tube until you can freely force air into the drum area. reconnect the tube and try the machine again.
