My Hoover Washer/Dryer VH W654 D appears to be working as advertised; however, at the end of each washing cycle, I have the error code E 07.

However, they do appear to use error 7 to refer to faults on the motor though they usually refer only to non-specific general things like "motor fault".
If still under guarantee I would definitely get them out. Take a short video on your phone to show the machine displaying the error if it only shows at the end of a wash as an engineer won't have time to wait.
If it's not under guarantee you have to make a judgement call, maybe the motor could be over heating even? It definitely shouldn't be displaying an error code .
