Beko Wm5100W Odd Noise

One of my shirts accidentally went into the wash with the collar bones in, near the end of the wash the machine stated making a very loud noise, like someone twanging a ruler 200 times a minute, the noise was present during wash and spin and even when the drum was still or draining. The noise wasn't coming from the drum but from the bottom right corner of the machine.

On opening the drum I found that one of the collar bones is missing. My guess is the collar bone is stuck in a pump.

Where should I start looking?

Check out my article here, which covers retrieving obstructions from a washing machine and has a link within it describing and advising about the pump filter - how to remove an obstruction from a washing machine.

Yeah it was in the pump filter.

Thanks!
